Impregnation
It is the process of vacuuming the sap that causes bacterial growth and decay from the wood and replacing it with protective substances that are pressure-impregnated. The impregnation process increases the life of the wood many times over. The impregnation substance, which penetrates at least 2 cm into the wood from all directions, prevents decay and protects the wood from harmful organisms such as fungi, insects, termites, and woodworm. In Ahşapçı’s projects, three distinct types of impregnated wood materials are used, applied using a vacuum-pressure system and named according to their colours within the industry.

Green Impregnation
Wood materials impregnated with a vacuum pressure unit that gives wood an open green colour have a wide range of applications. Wood materials treated with green impregnation are used in parks and gardens in contact with soil and water, in the construction of the exterior facades of villas and similar residences, farm buildings, stables, roofs, greenhouses, marine piers, electricity and telephone poles, bridges, gazebos, sheds, terraces and walkways, in the interior and exterior spaces of tourist facilities in contact with water, spaces of tourist facilities, national parks and recreational areas, outdoor furniture, support poles used in vineyards and gardens, and garden fences.

Brown Impregnated
It gives wood an open coffee tone. Brown impregnated wood materials can also be used in all areas where green impregnated wood materials are used. Additionally, in buildings where a historical atmosphere is desired or in restored buildings, Furthermore, in buildings where a historical atmosphere is desired or in restored structures, as well as in the interior and exterior decoration of today's elite buildings (villas, pergolas, gazebos, etc.), brown-stained wood material is predominantly used.

Natural Impregnation
Natural impregnating agent is used for door and window frames and interior woodwork. The natural colour of wood treated with natural impregnation remains unchanged. It provides service for many years without requiring painting or maintenance.
